Shipping & Delivery

We typically process and ship in-stock items within three (3) business days. Business days are normal weekdays and do not include weekends or national holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) PST through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please keep our shipping policy in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date necessary for you.

While we do ship our products to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and similar destinations, please note that shipping may take longer.

Our responsibility: We charge a little extra and subsequently pay the courier a little extra to add a tracking feature to your shipment. Our responsibility to you as the customer is considered fulfilled when we receive a tracking confirmation from the courier that your package is “Delivered.” We are not responsible if you provided an inaccurate shipping address or for the theft of your package after delivery.

International Shipping Information

At, we only ship within the U.S.A (including Hawaii and Alaska). If you wish to place an order from overseas, please check our Store Locator page for the nearest store.

Orders will be processed within three (3) working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 3 units for any items in sample size and 10 units for any items in retail size per customer. If you have any questions, please leave your message HERE and you will be contacted within three (3) working days.

How To Order

To purchase an item, choose the size and quantity of the item and simply click on “Add to Cart.” The item you have chosen will be able to view in your Shopping Cart. You may continue the shopping experience.

When you are ready, just click on the shopping cart icon on the top of the page and you’ll be taken through a quick and easy checkout process. We currently accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal.

Your credit card statement will state MDSUN Skin Care, Inc. If you are paying through PayPal, just follow along with the checkout process and you’ll be redirected to Paypal to input your Paypal information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to California. We do not collect sales tax in other states.

MDSUN Skin Care, Inc. is in Arcadia, California. California is a hybrid origin state (Origin state = Seller location’s tax rate). Therefore, any city, county, or state taxes will be based on the seller’s location.

Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases made over the Internet or by other remote means that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. A sales tax and shipping & handling charge will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and automatically added.

Unfortunately, MDSUN Skin Care Inc. is unable to accept tax exemption codes.
